Locally owned and operated out of McNeil, Arkansas. We started with a simple mission — give southwest Arkansas a propane company they can actually trust.
Born Out of a Need in Our Own Community
Budget Propane started in July 2020, delivering cylinders to businesses right here in southwest Arkansas. What began as cylinder delivery quickly grew — we expanded into bulk home and business delivery as demand in the area kept building.
We saw what was happening around us: one by one, the locally owned propane companies were being bought out by large corporations. And with those buyouts came something customers didn't sign up for — an endless supply of additional fees. Haz-Mat fees. Fuel surcharges. Invoicing fees. Card surcharges. Fees that existed for no reason other than because they could charge them.
We started Budget Propane to be the alternative. Our pricing is simple: price per gallon plus sales tax. That's it. No exceptions, no fine print, no surprises on your bill.
